Eboni L. Harrell, Founder
Eboni is a proud wife and mother. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from North Carolina Wesleyan College. In 2013, Eboni ran for the Clayton Town Council and has served on the Downtown Development Board. She is founder of 7 Seed Empowerment Group, a non-profit organization designed to foster the personal and professional development goals of economically disadvantaged women. Her passion lies with helping people find their passion, so that they can live the purposeful life that God has created for them.

Dionne Blakeney Core, Board Member
Dionne Blakeney Core is originally from Newport News, Virginia and currently resides in Zebulon, North Carolina. Dionne obtained a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing at Elizabeth City State University and later a Master’s of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Information Systems from Strayer University. She has over 10 years of working experience in Customer Service, Quality Assurance, Marketing, and Software Development. Dionne was a brand expansion leader & direct sales representative for Traci Lynn Fashion Jewelry. She is the Event Marketing Coordinator for H.E.R. Entertainment and Executive Administrator of YouCan Foundation. She is Founder & Owner of AskDionne LLC which helps small business owners learn the importance of implementing branding and marketing strategies through content creation. Dionne started AskDionne.com to inspire and motivate other independent and small business owners that want to grow their product awareness.

Kimberly D. Harrell, Board Member
Kimberly began and has maintained a career in Public Service for
over two decades with the State of North Carolina. As a public
servant within that time frame, she has served in numerous
capacities in the areas of accounting, auditing and budgeting. She
takes a great deal of pride in doing her part to provide for the
various needs of the citizens of North Carolina. Kimberly is a native of Indianapolis, Indiana. It was there that she
completed her primary education which later positioned her to accept an academic scholarship from Saint Augustine’s University, Raleigh, North Carolina and later earned her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Accounting. Her quest for excellence did not stop there as she later went on to pursue her Master’s of Business Administration from Averett
University, Danville, Virginia and her certification as a Public Manager.
Kimberly’s desire to help others is demonstrated in her commitment to her volunteerism with
Rex Hospital, Raleigh, NC as a lay health advisor and Board Advisory Council member for a
public school system, Garner, NC. She is most thankful and proud to be a wife and a mother. For her, this is her finest
accomplishment. Kimberly is very serious about remaining humble and presenting herself as a woman of
excellence from the inside out. She realizes success begins within, as “Nothing splendid has
ever been achieved except by those who dared to believe that something inside them was
superior to circumstance.”

Karmelita embarked on her entrepreneurial journey with a vision rooted in empowerment and self-confidence. Over time, she encountered numerous women wrestling with insecurities, a lack of confidence, and a disconnection from their innate beauty. Recognizing the need for a sanctuary that provided women with help, support, and rejuvenation; Hair Rehab Studio was established.
Karmelita is the owner and founder of Hair Rehab Studio and brings a wealth of experience, spanning over 15 years. She has a passion for the industry and is dedicated to enhancing the hair health and overall wellness of every individual she encounters. This hair salon was not just a business venture but a haven where women discover their inner radiance and embrace their individuality. Hair Rehab Studio offers tailored services to suit each individual’s needs. Her salon menu ranges from in-person scalp analysis to specialized treatments for hair & scalp disorders.
In addition to being an experienced cosmetologist and educator, she has also been a certified Trichologist for the past 2 years. This means she is an expert in dealing with hair and scalp disorders and providing holistic treatment beyond traditional hairstyling services. With Hair Rehab Studio, Karmelita aims to provide more than just hair and scalp care services; she aims to foster a community of self-assured, fearless individuals who recognize their unique beauty. Through her dedication, expertise, and unwavering commitment to uplifting women, Karmelita's entrepreneurial journey blossomed into a profound mission: to rebuild, renew & restore women to life through healthy hair and scalp.
